The process begins with CRCAS heet saredecoiled and cut in SHEARING MACHINES, in sizes to make required sections of angles, shelvings, claddings, channels etc.
Subsequently they sections are taken up for punching in Power Presses using dies, having international & universal design, where they should be able to match the design of other companies if needed.
They are then taken up for bending as per design in Press Breaks, which has a die block for multiple types of bends at different angles or degrees
as required.
